While the Goldpfeil brand name dates back to 1856 and is renowned in the leather and jewellery trade, it has only recently entered the world of watch making. But in a short space of time Goldpfeil has made watch-making history. In 2000 Goldpfeil approached seven of the world’s most highly regarded watch makers and challenged each of them to create a unique watch design that would be created as one-of-a-kind editions and bear the Goldpfeil name. All seven watches were stunning and auctioned in 2001, while the same Master Watch Makers were also asked to create designs for a Goldpfeil watches exclusive series.
